Action Guidance

Green Infrastructure to Combat Climate Change: A Framework for Action in Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Merseyside is an action guidance document that can be used to aid policy development and delivery. It sets out a vision, the cases for combatting climate change and for green infrastructure, the policy and legislative context, as well as information on the development and its potential future delivery. It recommends actions, partners and mechanisms across the different climate change services green infrastructure can provide, and presents maps, images, case studies, and links for further information.

 

The action tables that appear in the Framework for Action are also available as an Action Table Excel Spreadsheet. This enables you to filter the actions that are most relevant to you and your organisation; helping you to decide the role that you could be playing in delivering this agenda.
